Snorkelling: Possible in front of Holiday Beach Motel. Ideal for snorkel-beginners.
In our shallow, one to four meter deep bay the rocky ground is home and gathering ground of a few turtles. By high tide you
can spot them even from the shore, because they are feeding just 10 meters away. While snorkelling above the few hard corals
you can observe the typical life of the Arabian Sea: Anemones and clown fish, cuttlefish, small groupers, scorpionfish, moray
eels, puffer fish and more. There are now currents in the small bay. You shouldn't miss at night the action of the phosphorescent
plankton of the ocean. You can swim in shining green-blue water. First-class is snorkelling at Dibba Rock: In the shallow,
calm water in-between 2 and 6 m you can discover wonderful hardcorals, you get surrounded by heaps of snappers and fusiliers.
Shoals of young barracudas and jacks are passing, you can observe green turtles feeding, and often blacktip-reef sharks are
cruising around.
